Founder, Denver Integrative Health.
Chief Product & Health Officer, Milky Baby Infant Formula.
Nina Kimsey is a functional medicine practitioner and licensed homeopath with over 25 years of experience in integrative healthcare. She is the founder of Denver Integrative Health and the Chief Product and Health Officer of Milky Baby Infant Formula. Her work is rooted in science and human connection, focused on uncovering the root causes of health concerns and guiding individuals—especially children and families—toward long-term wellness and vitality.
Nina works extensively with adults experiencing a wide range of chronic conditions, including digestive disorders, hormone imbalances, autoimmune issues, fatigue, and metabolic dysfunction. Her approach combines advanced diagnostic testing—such as comprehensive bloodwork, urine biomarkers, and gut microbiome analysis—with extended, in-depth consultations to build a complete picture of each patient’s internal health. She creates personalized, evidence-based programs tailored to each individual’s biology and lifestyle, and offers long-term coaching to support clients as they make meaningful changes over time. Whether someone is seeking relief from persistent symptoms or simply looking to optimize their health, Nina serves as a collaborative partner on that journey.
She also specializes in infant and child health, particularly in the areas of nutrition, gut health, and immunity. She has worked with over 400 infants and children, witnessing firsthand how the earliest inputs profoundly shape developmental outcomes. She understands how inflammatory ingredients and environmental triggers in early life can lay the groundwork for chronic issues that persist into adulthood. This insight has driven Nina to dedicate the last two decades of her practice to helping young patients build stronger foundations through functional, root-cause care.
Her journey began at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, where she studied conventional medicine before recognizing the critical need for more holistic, personalized solutions. She went on to study functional medicine and homeopathy in the UK, graduating with honors in Health Sciences and Complementary Therapies from the University of Westminster, and training at the London College of Classical Homeopathy and Complementary Therapies. She also earned a diploma in Classical Homeopathy from the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy in Greece.
Nina has practiced in South Africa, Canada, Greece, and the United States, bringing a global perspective to her work. She is a member of the National Center for Homeopathy and the North American Society of Homeopaths.
Through her leadership at Milky Baby, Nina is applying her deep clinical and product development experience to create a new gold standard in infant nutrition—formulated without inflammatory ingredients and designed to support a lifetime of health from day one.
Nina works with individuals and families both locally in Denver and virtually worldwide. Her mission is to offer trusted, science-based care that honors the unique biology of every person, from infants to adults.
